Recommended Use:
Apply a small amount with gentle circular massage motions to lymph nodes. Also use light strokes from extremities towards the heart to support lymphatic drainage. Especially helpful to apply when immune system is compromised, or when symptoms appear such as lymph nodes feeling swollen, tender or painful, fibrous with cyst growth, or overall signs of stagnancy in the lymphatic system. Repeat regularly until symptoms improve. For best results, apply after a hot shower/bath when pores are open, or use with a guasha tool. Use as needed, and safe for everyday use. Consistent applications will yield the best results.
